Pamela Malkoff
Helping you turn self doubt into confidence, growth and success
Creator of the Creative Cognitive Therapy Method
HI, I'm Pamela!
For more than 30 years, I’ve been exploring the intersection of creativity, psychology, and personal growth.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board Certified Art Therapist. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals, couples, families, and communities navigating challenges related to addiction, relationships, anxiety, grief, identity, and personal growth.
What makes my work unique is that I bring together two lifelong passions: art and psychology. I’ve seen firsthand how creativity can help people access new perspectives, uncover hidden patterns, and discover possibilities they may not have seen before.
My own journey began as an artist. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York and Otis/Parsons in Los Angeles before pursuing graduate training in Marriage & Family Therapy and Art Therapy at Notre Dame de Namur University in California.

The A.R.T.T. Method
Over the years, I noticed a pattern. People often knew what they wanted to change, but struggled to create lasting change on their own.
That’s why I created the A.R.T.T. Method: a framework that combines psychology, creativity, and practical action to help people move beyond self-doubt, perfectionism, and overthinking.

AWARE Notice the patterns, beliefs, and inner voices shaping your decisions.
