WHERE REFLECTION

Becomes Discovery

My workshops and retreats range from one-day experiences to immersive multi-day journeys, depending on the location and theme.

They are a safe space to reconnect with yourself, explore new perspectives, and build meaningful connections with others.

Together, we’ll use:

Be prepared to go deeper than you might expect. You may start by drawing your inner monster and end by discovering how it can become one of your greatest allies.

And if you’re thinking, “I’m not an artist. This isn’t for me.”

Perfect, you don’t need to be an artist.

In fact, that’s often part of the journey. These retreats aren’t about creating beautiful art. They’re about discovering what creativity can teach you about yourself.

WHY JOIN

Our Retreats?

A Safe and Supportive Environment

Explore new ideas, emotions, and perspectives in a welcoming space free of judgment.

No Artistic Experience Required

You don't need to know how to draw, paint, or create. Curiosity is the only requirement.

Come Alone or With a Partner

Many participants attend on their own, while others join with a friend or loved one. Both experiences are equally rewarding.

Learn Through Experience

This isn’t a lecture. You’ll engage in creative exercises, reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities designed to help ideas come alive.

Build Community

Share the journey with others who are exploring many of the same questions, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Practical Tools for Everyday Life

Leave with insights, exercises, and practices you can continue using long after the retreat ends.

Time to Slow Down

Step away from daily responsibilities and give yourself permission to reflect, recharge, and reconnect.

Creativity Without Pressure

There are no grades, no expectations, and no right way to participate.

About Pamela Malkoff

LMFT, LPC, Board Certified Art Therapist, and creator of the A.R.T.T. Method.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been fascinated by the stories we tell ourselves. The stories that hold us back. And the stories that help us grow.

That’s the work I bring to every audience.

WONDERING IF THIS IS

Right for You?

Not at all. In fact, many people arrive convinced they aren’t creative. That’s often where the most interesting discoveries begin.

No previous experience is needed. Pamela guides every activity step by step, and you can participate at your own pace.

Absolutely. Many guests attend on their own, and the small-group format makes it easy to feel welcomed and connected.

Participants come from a wide range of backgrounds and share a desire to reflect, reconnect, and explore new possibilities.

You choose what you share. The retreat is designed to be supportive and respectful, with no pressure to disclose anything that feels too personal.

Expect guided creative exercises, reflection, group dialogue, mindfulness practices, and time to slow down and reconnect.

Bring comfortable clothing, an open mind, and anything listed in your retreat confirmation. Creative materials are provided unless noted otherwise.

Feeling nervous is completely normal. You’ll be welcomed gently, and there is no right or wrong way to participate.

What Might You Discover About Yourself?

Give yourself permission to slow down, create, reflect, and grow.
